How PVIG collects, uses and protects the information you send through this site

PVIG Holdings LLC operates this site. It is the parent company of PVIG Construction LLC, a Florida exterior contractor holding state license CBC1270138 as a Certified Building Contractor. Our mailing address is 14422 Shoreside Way, Suite 110-320, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

You can reach us at (800) 399-1979 or info@pvig.net for anything in this policy, including a request to access or delete your information.

When you send the estimate form, we receive only what you type into it:

• ·Your phone number
• ·Your email address
• ·The ZIP code of the property
• ·The service you selected
• ·Anything you write in the optional message field
• ·Your agreement to be contacted, recorded with the submission

When the form is submitted, our server records the date and time and the browser identification string your device sends with the request.

While you browse, the analytics and advertising tools described below may record your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or ad that brought you here. This happens through cookies and similar technologies stored by your browser.

We use what you send to:

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. To stop calls or emails, tell the person who contacts you or write to info@pvig.net. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages about work already under contract.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with companies that operate parts of this business on our behalf — website hosting, form delivery and the system where we track requests, analytics and advertising platforms — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of people and property.

This site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and the Meta advertising pixel. These tools set cookies and send usage data to Google and to Meta, who process it under their own policies.

We keep the information you send for as long as we need it to answer your request, to carry out work you hire us for, and to meet the record-keeping periods that Florida law and our insurance and tax obligations require. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

You can ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@pvig.net or call (800) 399-1979 and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

Deleting your information may end our ability to continue a request or a job in progress.

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to submitted requests is limited to people in the company who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is meant for property owners and construction professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, write to info@pvig.net and we will delete it.

Pages on this site link to organizations we do not control, such as the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation license lookup. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

If we change how we handle information, we will post the new policy here and update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
